1996 Ford F250 4x4 Crew Cab "Short Bed" with "XLT" Trim
1996 F250 crew cab 4x4.  This is a rare and very desirable short bed.  This unique truck  is 100% rustfree from California / Nevada and still features it's original paint.  The body has some small dents, but hasn't been a beat work truck.

This is well optioned "XLT" model.  It features a strong fuel injected 460, overdrive automatic, Cold A/C, PW, PDL, Tilt, Cruise, Class III receiver hitch, with electronic brake controller, Dual tanks etc.  It also has a nice sounding JVC AM/FM CD stereo.

The interior is very clean for it's age.  With very little wear.

I have had several 80's and 90's crew cab fords, but this is the first short bed.   This truck runs and drives excellent.  I had my 19 year old son drive it over 3 hours back into California through some big mountains, and curvy roads, it ran and drove perfect.  This crew cab feature the independent  Dana 50 front axle with the Sterling limited slip rear axle with 4.10 gears.  The brakes stop nice, and the suspension is tight.  The OE exhaust is even still nice.  It has new correct size 235/85/16 high dollar Goodyear's Wranglers on stock wheels.

This is a no excuses hop in and drive crew cab 4x4.
